Her experience includes the development of products in the retail and restaurant commerce to include frozen meals, appetizers, bakery products, deserts, candy, sauces, cream cheese based toppings, breading, batters, pastry fillings, starches, and proteins.  She has produced outstanding results improving cost efficiency and has the development innovation to drive products to the top of their class.

Frank Wielgus

Food Science Consultant


Frank has extensive experience as a Food Scientist and R&D coordinator creating new products, and revising existing products. This experience is particularly strong with condiments, such as BBQ sauces, ketchups, pickles and relish, marinades, and others.  Frank has worked extensively with production facilities, with marketing, and consumer testing teams, to create winning products in the market place. Delivering product solutions with consumer insights and scale-up experience is a passion with Frank.

Christopher Campbell

Chris is a degreed Packaging professional with extensive experience in Food, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products industries, both with packaging materials and packaging operations.

A SME on glass packaging for retort and hot fill operations, he is also well versed in package testing, line qualification and problem solving on high speed packaging lines.  His expertise extends to flexibles and rigid packs, as well as folding cartons and corrugated materials. 


Solving package problems and designing new package solutions is what Chris really enjoys.  He is a results oriented, high-energy, hands on professional with a successful record of accomplishments in the packaging field.

Tricia is familiar working with both the hometown small business owner as well as large corporations.  As a former office manager she coordinated surgeries with doctors offices & hospitals, managed billing and contracts, created and designed a tracking and rebate system for DePuy Spine (a Johnson & Johnson company) and a major Pittsburgh hospital system, and designed & implemented policies and procedures to meet FDA requirements for the use of bio-implants.


The key to making a project come together smoothly and efficiently is attention to detail and good communication.  With that in mind, Tricia strives to provide the best customer care to our clients by bringing in the best resources to meet our client's needs.
